I would like more details of what this man has done as I have two family members that are being promiised many things by him

I have been looking up information about him and am only able to find this and another complaint online. I have emailed him using his website in regards to the complaints but I have not received a response as of yet.

I have read a supposed proposal that asks my family members to pay a lump some of money. It does not have any address or direct phone number on it. All it contains is a bank account number to were they can deposit the money.

Please let me know if all this seems familiar.
